libgnomeada2.24.1-dev software package provides Ada binding for the GNOME GUI (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnomeada2.24.1-dev
libgnomeada2.24.1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnomeada2.24.1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnomeada2.24.1-dev *
You will get with libgnomeada2.24.1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
